Taylor M. Tieman, Esq. is an attorney and founder of the Legalmiga® Membership, an accessible legal services membership created specifically for small business owners and entrepreneurs, She assists and advises her clients on how to legally protect their brands, services, products & content through the effective use of preventative measures and legal strategy. Taylor operates a virtual law firm based out of Los Angeles, California and specializes in trademarks, contracts, copyright, podcasts, and business formation. She takes immense pride in representing and mentoring BIPOC and female-owned businesses to help them build and protect their business legacies.

Taylor also is the founder of The Legalmiga Library®, a one-stop legal shop with all the legal resources an entrepreneur will need to build a successful, thriving business–– while minimizing the legal risks.

Taylor earned her Communications degree from the Annenberg School at the University of Pennsylvania, located in Philadelphia, in May of 2011. She went on to earn her Juris Doctor from Southwestern University School of Law, located in Los Angeles, in May of 2015. While in law school, Taylor was President of the Latino Law Student Association. She currently is a member of the Young Lawyers Committee of the Latina Lawyers Bar Association and serves as a mentor for the Legal Education Access Pipeline (LEAP) fellowship program.

Taylor's speaking experience ranges from educating business owners on legal protections, to law students/lawyers looking for mentorship, and even to the importance of cultural sensitivity in the legal field. She is passionate about the Access to Justice movement, as well. Taylor has been featured in Forbes, Business Insider, Create & Cultivate, + has spoken at events for Clio, WeAllGrow, and others.
