Emiliana Guereca a Latina social -preneur turned women's rights activist. After building a National event production company and scaling her digital company Solita productions, Emiliana decided to put her skills to use in the non profit sector.

Emiliana Guereca is a full time feminist fighting for reproductive rights. She is the CEO and Founder of Women’s March Foundation,a 501 c3  which she founded in 2016 and the Executive Director and Founder of Women's March Action, a 501c4 which she founded in 2018, as the political arm of Women’s March Foundation.  She is the driving force behind the 2017, 2018 2019, and 2021 Women’s Marches in Los Angeles and most recently the Marches for Reproductive Rights.

Emiliana devotes much of her time to advocacy programs for women’s rights, Latino education, and gender equality and has served as the bridge between community organizations and coalition building that spans national levels. Emiliana’s most recent endeavor includes opening Women’s March Action Feminist Political Hub in Boyle Heights. Personally, Emiliana is proud to serve her Latin community and has also built roots in the Jewish community, as she raises her family in the Jewish faith.

Through her organizations, Emiliana is focussed on three main platforms: Defending Democracy a national voter registration program, the fight for reproductive freedom, the Feminist Street Initiative; reclaiming our streets, justice and historical memory. Which aims to recognize the contributions of women by naming streets in their honor across the country. Maya Angelou, Ruth Bader Ginsberg and Dolores Huerta are current street names in progress.

Emiliana has been awarded the National Women's Political Caucus: Women of Courage Award 2019, the State of California: Pioneer Women of 2017 Award, the HOPE: Latina of the Year Award 2017, LA County: Pioneer Women of 2018 and the Pat Brown Institute: Civic Engagement Award 2018,2019 and REED award for best LATINX strategist.
